We aim for SAME DAY dispatch to the post on all orders we can complete 100% – placed before 9.30am on weekdays ( excluding public holidays).

If we can not complete you order for whatever reason – we will contact you by e-mail – with description and your options –   and your reply will determine when we will actually dispatch you order.

If your box costs more to ship – we will pay the difference ourselves.

All shipping is done by REGISTERED  / PARCEL POST

RETURNS

Products are not offered on a sale or return basis. However, Products that have been ordered in error will normally be accepted for return within 7 days from the date of receiving.  Provided they arrive back to us in perfect, re-saleable condition. Also,

Products which are damaged in transit may be claimed by the post system – and we will open up a official claim on your behalf. Make sure to take pictures of the damage – and box and packaging.

When you make and order or item in error, simply send us an email the same or next day to  admin@nailcrazy.com – and we can change, amend or even cancel your order – before we ship it for full or part refund.

When you want to return a Product to us for any other reason (for instance, because you claim that the Product is defective), simply contact us by email first –  – Once we receive the return, we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you. We will also refund the costs you incur in sending the Products back to us by 1st class post, but if you choose to send them recorded delivery the extra costs of that will be borne by you.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Insurance on shipping is possible – but at an extra cost. Our shipping charges do NOT include insurance. –  There is a process we have to prepare for the POST  but it is possible – and we strongly recommend if you want to be 100% covered.

Simply send us an email – after you place your order – and let us know you wish to get a quote. We are more than happy to pack your box – go to the post with invoice – they will tell us cover charge – and we will get back to you – And once you confirm – by email – we will add the Insurance – to your order – and after payment we will post – the same or next working day :}
